I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for over six years and have always trusted them for my Pico laser treatments. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
In 2023, I purchased what I was told was a 4K Pico package (2 sessions). I did one session in 2023 and another session 2 weeks ago. (I live overseas and usually only come back to Malaysia once a year). During my latest treatment, was I informed that it was actually a 2K Pico package. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and I feel misled — especially since the 2K Pico is a much lower-intensity version and produces minimal results compared to the 4K treatment.
When I raised my concerns with the staff, I expected accountability and a fair resolution. Instead, they attempted to sell me more packages, saying they could offer me a “better deal” on the 4K sessions. I clearly stated that I would not buy any additional packages until the previous issue was resolved.
It has now been over a week with no response or resolution from their side. As someone who lives overseas and makes a point to get Pico treatments done in Malaysia, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
Transparency matters — customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for. I don’t want others to go through the same experience or feel cheated the way I did. Moving forward, I’ll be taking my business to Dr. Ko or other more reputable clinics that value honesty and professionalism.

Service is good but effectiveness not so much. I took my daughter to have her small tiny mole on her face to be removed. Paid 380. Had to went back 3 times. Now, 2 months later, the mole is stil there. I gave up to go back. Waste of time. @ to whom this may concern at the Clinic. U have my name and number feel free ro contact me if you disagree.
Love the kindness, warmth, and professionalism of all the staff. The place is clean and cozy. The quality of service matches the price — totally worth what you pay. Pico and Yellow Laser are highly recommended. Overall, very happy with Dr. Chong Clinic.

Went here to consult about laser hair removal and Dr Ken and Ayn explained about the treatment really well ☺️ so far the laser hair removal is less painful than I expected and thank you to the nurses for taking care of me while doing the treatment ❤️ overall the service was great and price is reasonable too, thank you 🤩
