Dr. Ivan Yong is a seasoned aesthetic physician with over 15 years of medical experience, including a decade dedicated to the field of aesthetic medicine. As the Deputy Medical Director of Dr. Chong Clinic—part of the public-listed DC Healthcare Berhad—Dr. Ivan plays a supportive role in clinical governance, training, R&D, and upholding medical excellence across the group’s expanding network of clinics.

He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and has built his expertise in advanced injectable treatments including dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, thread-lifting, skin boosters, and polynucleotide therapies. He is also proficient in energy-based device treatments, including melasma and scar laser therapy; ultrasound and radiofrequency-based skin tightening technologies.

Dr. Ivan is responsible for mentoring junior doctors, establishing clinical SOPs, and facilitating internal CME programs to ensure continuous professional development. He also provides strategic input on patient grievance resolutions and fosters a culture of integrity and patient-centric care. His goal is to empower patients with safe and effective aesthetic solutions, which contribute to their emotional and social health.
