This was my first visit to the clinic and first time trying Rejuran and Pico Laser treatment and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Fanny was warm and welcoming.
Dr Brandon performed the treatments and was incredibly skillful and gentle throughout the entire process. He explained each step clearly which made me feel well-informed and at ease. The Rejuran treatment was surprisingly almost painless, especially compared to what I had read in other reviews or seen from others' experiences and I was impressed by how smooth and efficient the whole session was. The Pico Laser was handled professionally with no discomfort.
Overall, I had a great first experience and will definitely be coming back!!
