Dr. Chong Clinic has such a welcoming atmosphere. The team is friendly and attentive, and Dr. Chong is very professional and gentle during treatment. I appreciate how they explained each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin feels so much better now — definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Free consultation and explanation by doctor upon entering the clinic. Then, packages and other medication are explained thoroughly by their staff. Overall, comfortable experience and well-maintained place.

First-Time Rejuran & Pico Laser Experience – Highly Recommend!
This was my first visit to the clinic and first time trying Rejuran and Pico Laser treatment and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Fanny was warm and welcoming.
Dr Brandon performed the treatments and was incredibly skillful and gentle throughout the entire process. He explained each step clearly which made me feel well-informed and at ease. The Rejuran treatment was surprisingly almost painless, especially compared to what I had read in other reviews or seen from others' experiences and I was impressed by how smooth and efficient the whole session was. The Pico Laser was handled professionally with no discomfort.
Overall, I had a great first experience and will definitely be coming back!!

This is my first visit to an aesthetic clinic. I came across Dr Chong Clinic when i was googling for nearby clinic and not long after a friend shared her great experience at one of Dr Chong Clinic branch. Today i decided to give a visit and straight away sign up for my treatment package. As a first timer i would say this is a great experience!

Had my first-ever laser treatment with Dr. Jason, and the consultation was incredibly informative and reassuring. Er Lu did my entire facial, and it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience—my skin felt amazing afterward. Truly excellent service from start to finish!

The extraction process was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s to be expected, and the esthetician handled it with care. After the treatment, my skin felt refreshed, smoother, and looked much better overall.
