On 03.01.26 my daughter have her follow-up appointment at 4.30pm. we arrived the clinic at 4.20pm. and 4.30pm my daughter was asked to enter the treatment room. She was wait for 50min for the doctor for the treatment even though her appointment set one few weeks ago. I ask the reception why take so long, they just said today only got one doctor. What is got to do with customer. I have been waiting there, treat like stupid fool and no one informed that doctor late attend and no said anything to customer, just let the customer wait , this is listed company from what i saw in TV, is this how you treat your who had fully paid for the session. I think your customer service have critical issue. So guy, think twice after you pay full payment for next few session as service will not be the same.

I had a positive overall experience at Dr. Chong Clinic Puchong. They are knowledgeable and the results are exactly what I hoped for my child.

1 of the best i have been. highly recommended, the team is very professional with 1st class service. price is reasonable. definately would me my 1st choice clinic. Prefer Dr Jamie, she was soft spoken, attentive, well inform of required informations and steps. Definately would be my prefered clinic moving forward. Kudos to the team !

From staff to doctor, everyone was welcoming and professional. The clinic is well clean, modern, and well-managed. I feel valued and cared for here and provide welcome drinks during the wait time.

Visited Dr Chong Puchong last month and their service was great! From booking the appointment to visiting the clinic, the team was welcoming and friendly. Had my Dreampeel facial with Wanda, she did an excellent job making sure to extract everything thoroughly. I was super satisfied with her work. The only downside is that parking can be a bit difficult but other than that I love this branch. (Also make sure to try their red date tea, its great! 👍)
